Gary - The Roosevelt High Marching Band has been invited to march in the Chicago "Windy City Classic'' parade at 12:30 p.m. Saturday. The parade will begin at Buckingham Fountain and proceed to Soldier Field. The band will perform in the Mass Band Pre-Game Show and witness the "Battle of the Bands'' during halftime.
